Jim Hanes started his real estate career in 1990 and hasn’t looked back since. While experience matters, Jim views his success by the satisfaction of the clients he serves with some of them spanning three generations. Instead of constantly advertising for new leads, Jim pours his resources into investing in his clients resulting in repeat business, clients and a track record of successful sales. The words “Trusted Advisor” are something that Jim values and you’ll see that by his ongoing efforts to provide the best in services ranging from sales, financial information, contractors and you’ll even see regular client parties and sometimes a group movie…just for fun. Going into his third decade in real estate Jim is hardly slowing down. His Providence Group has combined some of the best in the business to provide residential real estate services in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Prince Georges counties and beyond. When Jim isn’t doing something in real estate you’ll see him watching his son Caleb perform in the Towson University Marching Band or in the Phantom Regiment Drum Corps. He resides in Anne Arundel County but loves traveling throughout Maryland.
